Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2025

This Privacy Policy describes how Sefik Cevik ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile applications and games, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This policy is designed to be generic and apply across multiple apps and games published by us. App-specific details and options are listed in the "App-specific Disclosures" section below.

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Services. If you have questions, contact us at ceviks@gmail.com.

What information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information, depending on the specific app and your choices:

  • 1) Information you provide
    • Account or profile information (e.g., username, display name) if an app includes account features.
    • Support communications and feedback (e.g., email, in-app support messages, crash reports you send).
    • Purchases and subscriptions metadata (e.g., product identifiers, purchase receipts) to enable in-app purchases and subscription management.
  • 2) Information collected automatically
    • Device and usage information, such as device model, operating system version, language, time zone, app version, IP address, and coarse location derived from IP address.
    • App interaction data, such as screens viewed, session duration, taps/clicks, and gameplay events.
    • Diagnostic information such as crash logs and performance data.
  • 3) Information from third-party partners and SDKs
    • Analytics, advertising, payment, and cloud services may collect or process data as needed to provide their functionality (see "Third-party services" below).

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data (e.g., health information, precise location, or biometric data) unless an app explicitly requests it for a specific feature and you grant permission. If a specific app requests additional permissions (e.g., camera, microphone), those are used solely to provide the relevant feature and you can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.

How we use information

  • Operate and provide the Services and their features.
  • Analyze usage to improve performance, stability, and user experience.
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
  • Enable in-app purchases and subscriptions, verify purchase receipts, and manage entitlements.
  • Show ads, including personalized ads where permitted by law and your preferences.
  • Ensure legal compliance, enforce our terms, and protect the safety and integrity of the Services.

Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information under the following legal bases where applicable:

  • Consent (e.g., analytics, personalized advertising where consent is required).
  • Contract (to provide features you request, including purchases and subscriptions).
  • Legitimate interests (e.g., service improvement, non-personalized advertising, fraud prevention) when these interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Compliance with legal obligations.

Children’s privacy

Our general-audience apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the age defined by local law). For apps specifically designed for children, we take steps to comply with applicable laws (e.g., COPPA in the U.S., GDPR-K in the EU), such as obtaining verifiable parental consent and limiting data collection. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, contact us at ceviks@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete such information.

Sharing of information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

We do not sell your personal information as that term is defined under certain laws. For jurisdictions where "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising is defined (e.g., California), we may engage in such sharing. You can opt out as described in "Your choices & rights".

Third-party services (SDKs and providers)

Our apps may integrate the following services. Each provider has its own data practices; please review their policies.

Note: Not all apps use all services. See "App-specific Disclosures" below for details.

Data retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, including maintaining legitimate business interests, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and app. If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your information unless we must retain it for legal reasons.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International data transfers

Information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, where data protection laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information during such transfers.

Your choices & rights

Your options may vary by app, device, and jurisdiction.

  • Opt-out of analytics: Some apps provide in-app toggles. You can also adjust device privacy settings to limit tracking.
  • Ads personalization: You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (see "How to control ads personalization" below). We honor your consent/choices where required.
  • Marketing communications: If we send emails (rare for games), you may unsubscribe using the link in the email.
  • Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction: Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., EEA/UK, California), you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of your data, or to object to/limit certain processing.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): You may have the right to opt out of “selling” or “sharing” of personal information, request to know, delete, or correct information, and limit use of sensitive information (if collected). To exercise rights, contact us at ceviks@gmail.com.

We will verify your request as required by law and respond within applicable timeframes. You may designate an authorized agent where permitted.

How to control ads personalization

  • Android (Google Play)
    • Open Settings > Google > Ads (or Search "Ads") and select "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" depending on your OS version.
  • iOS (Apple)
    • Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track," or manage per-app tracking permissions. You can also reset the Advertising Identifier in Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising.

Additionally, some apps may provide an in-app toggle for personalized ads when an ad SDK consent dialog is shown.

Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no industry standard for responding to these signals, we currently do not respond to them. We honor applicable consent and opt-out mechanisms described in this policy.

App-specific Disclosures

  • Math Brain Challenge
    • Platforms: iOS/Android
    • Uses: Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Firestore, AdMob, RevenueCat
    • Account deletion: To delete your account, open the app and go to ProfileDelete Account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be posted on our website and, where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
